I highly recommend this book to School Counselors at any point in their career. It's an easy to read manual for enhancing your program with data driven packages. I appreciate that it aligns with RAMP components as earning RAMP designation is a professional goal of mine. This book will be my guide for the coming school year.

Zyromski and Mariani’s book is a gem and truly a user-friendly manual chalked full of tips and tools for school counselors.As a school counseling faculty member and previous school counselor, I can see using this book in many ways. This is an excellent book to use when training future school counselors: it breaks down the process of EBSCing in simple terms, and applies the process through the lens of the ASCA National Model and comprehensive school counseling, which is crucial. I can see myself using this book as required reading in my Comprehensive School Counseling Program course, alongside the ASCA National Model.As a practicing school counselor, I appreciate that this is a fast, simple read, with practical tools, tips, and so many examples! Armed with this book, school counselors will be incorporating evidence-based, data-driven practices into their school counseling program in no time!
